Adviser Registration Terms and Conditions

1. Eligibility
You must be a qualified or regulated professional operating in a legitimate advisery capacity. Wealth 
Centre reserves the right to refuse or revoke registration at any time.


2. Access to Client Data
• You may only access data for clients who have explicitly consented to linking their Wealth 
Centre account to you.
• Access is read-only. You may not alter, bulk-export, or reproduce client data outside the 
Adviser Portal.
• You must only use client data for the purpose of providing professional services to that client.
• If a client withdraws consent, access is revoked immediately and you must not retain any 
copies of their data.
• You must not attempt to access any account without explicit client consent.


3. Confidentiality
All client data accessed through the Adviser Portal is strictly confidential. You must not disclose, 
share, or use client data for any purpose other than providing professional services to the relevant 
client. This obligation continues after your registration ends.


4. Data Protection Obligations
• You are an independent data controller for any client data you process outside the Wealth 
Centre platform. You are responsible for your own compliance with UK GDPR and the Data 
Protection Act 2018.
• You must have a lawful basis for any processing you undertake in your own systems.
• In the event of a data breach involving Wealth Centre client data, you must notify Wealth 
Centre without undue delay and within 24 hours of becoming aware.


5. Security
You are responsible for the security of your Adviser Portal login. You must not share your credentials 
with any other person. If you suspect your account has been compromised, notify us immediately at 
[info@wealthcentre.co.uk].


6. Professional Standards
You confirm that you hold any qualifications and regulatory authorisations required to provide the 
services you offer. Wealth Centre does not verify professional status and accepts no liability for 
advice you give to clients.


7. Prohibited Use
• Using the portal for any purpose other than providing professional services to consenting 
clients
• Attempting to access, scrape, or aggregate data across multiple client accounts
• Sharing client data with third parties without the client’s explicit consent
• Using client data for marketing or commercial purposes beyond the agreed advisery 
relationship
• Any action that could compromise the security or integrity of the Wealth Centre platform


8. Suspension and Termination
Wealth Centre may suspend or terminate your registration if we believe you have breached these 
terms, if a client complaint is raised, or if your registration poses a risk to the platform. Upon 
termination, access to all linked client accounts is revoked immediately.


9. Liability
Wealth Centre provides the Adviser Portal as a data-sharing tool only and is not liable for any 
decisions or advice made on the basis of data accessed through the platform. You indemnify Wealth 
Centre against any claims, losses, or damages arising from your use of the portal or breach of these 
terms.


10. Changes to These Terms
We may update these terms from time to time. You will be notified by email of material changes. 
Continued use of the portal after notification constitutes acceptance. If you do not agree, you must 
stop using the portal and notify us.


11. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
